THE WORK WE DID
WARRANTY
Workmanship and materials on fabrication from the Minto workshop, for the period written on that job’s quote.
Fabrication we carry out is warranted for defects in our materials and our workmanship. The period is the one written on the quote for that job, not a single term for every bench, rail and cage.
The warranty does not cover impact, the wrong cleaner, fair wear, or changes made by someone else after we hand the work over. Grade 304 used outdoors or in salt air is a specification choice, not a defect, if 316 was the grade the room needed.
Stainless still needs the right cleaner. A maintenance visit to check fixings and tea-staining is a separate booking. If something we built fails inside the quoted warranty, contact the workshop with the job reference and photographs. If we made the original, we match the grade and the grain. A cover plate is the last resort.
